The Club does not charge for the use of credit and debit cards. Luxury Train Club (part of Train Chartering) uses Sage Pay to process payments. Sage Pay has the highest level of Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) certification. We are not responsible for any charges that may be applied by your card provider.

Train Chartering / LTC as Agent: Train Chartering / LTC is the agent for every listed Train. The Client travels based on a direct contract between the Client and the Train: These booking conditions from LTC are available if there are no relevant conditions provided by the Train. Assumption of Acceptance by the Client: Train Chartering / LTC assumes that, on booking, the Client fully accepts these Terms and Conditions, and / or those of the Train. Check All Travel Documents Carefully On Receipt: It is a client responsibility to check all documents and related emails carefully on receipt, since amendments to booked travel may have a charge or result in loss of availability. Travel Insurance: The Client is strongly urged to have adequate travel insurance for the intended travel; travel is arranged by the Company on the basis that the Client has adequate insurance cover, in particular for any cancellation charges. Please note having adequate travel insurance is a condition of booking on some Trains.
